With a stringent food handling and quality assurance program, Air Fayre leads the industry in our food safety practices and procedures. Air Fayre is actively involved in the industry’s Government Affairs and Education Committee of IFSA, which publishes the World Food Safety Guidelines for North American (and participating international) airlines.
